The Asphalt Plant at Pleasants Construction prides itself on Customer Service and Quality. Pleasants took over the former RF Kline operation in the spring of 2014 and since day one have only continued to build on the reputation RF Kline had earned for its asphalt manufacturing services since 1941. We didn’t clean house or try to fix something that wasn’t broken, in fact a majority of that staff is still here today. There is over 120 years of asphalt manufacturing experience between the Director of Operations, Plant Manager, QC Manager and Lead Plant Operator. Each of these individuals worked their way up through the company and that’s reflected in the high level of Service and Quality. Our employees come to work every day for more than a paycheck and that is why you should consider us today and well into the future for all of your asphalt needs.
